Terms of service

1. Service

We provide modified engine control unit software ("tuning files") prepared from the original file supplied by the customer. Files are delivered electronically by a download link after payment.

2. Ordering

  • The customer uploads the original, unmodified read of the ECU and selects the required options;
  • We check the file and confirm the final price and availability of the requested options by email together with a payment link;
  • The price shown on the website is an estimate; the final price is stated in the payment email;
  • Presence of a vehicle or ECU in our database does not guarantee that a particular option is technically possible.

3. Payment

Payment is made in cryptocurrency via the payment link sent to you. Prices are in US dollars. The order is processed after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Network fees are paid by the customer.

4. Delivery

The download link is sent to the email address used for the order and is also available on your order page. Please check the spam folder.

5. Revisions and refunds

  • Tuning must only be performed on a technically healthy vehicle. Existing faults (other than those the order is meant to remove) must be repaired first;
  • If our file causes fault codes or limp mode, send us a description, a diagnostic log and the codes — revisions are free of charge;
  • If a problem caused by our file cannot be solved by revisions, we refund the payment;
  • No refund is possible after a file has been downloaded if the issue is caused by the vehicle condition, wrong original file, reading/writing tool problems or third-party modifications.

6. Liability

Emission-related modifications (CAT, DPF/OPF, EGR, AdBlue/SCR, SAI) are supplied for off-road, motorsport and export use only, where permitted by local law. The customer is solely responsible for compliance with the regulations of their country. Modifying ECU software may affect the manufacturer's warranty. The customer is responsible for correct reading and writing of the ECU. Power and torque figures depend on the vehicle condition, fuel and other factors.
